EASY, SEMI-HEALTHY & TASTEFUL PANCAKES

1 Cup of all-purpose flour with ferment 
(or place 2 teaspoons of baking soda)
1 or 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar or cane sugar
1 Teaspoons of salt 
1 Beaten egg
1 Cup of milk (any milk that you like to use)
2 Tablespoons of olive oil

Then on top of the pancakes place one or two tablespoons 
of honey and add fruit such as apple and banana.

Brush a bit of olive oil in a small frying pan and wait for
small bubbles to appear on one side and then turn to the
other. Keep the heat low.
